When the sad moments of our lives trespassed,
We were like nothing before their sight.
When mama and papa couldn't lay down,
We laid back awaiting in the a pool of despair.
Awaiting the sunny days through those long sleepless night.
Those nights rekindling my dreams;
The dream like steel in my soul,
Like the valley filled with my tears,
Like the dead six feet down the ground,
Like the waves of sounds in the air, invincible.
But until then, remember my sweat, my pain, my despair.
Remember my years heavy with sorrow,
And make of those years a torch for tomorrow.
Make of my past a road to the light,
Out of the darkness, ignorance and the night.
Lift high my banner out of the the dust,
Stand like free men supporting my trust,
Believe in the right let none push you back.
Remember how the strong in struggle and strife till you pave the way.
When hopes seems vanishing,
March ever-forward, breaking down bars,
Look ever-upward at the sun and stars,
Until the sunny days, keep wake and stay positive.
Till the better days, peace and prosperity, my plea.
Fight one more round, when your arms are so tired that you can hardly lift your hands to come on guard,
Fight one more round when your nose is bleeding and your eyes are black and you are so tired that you wish your opponent would crack you one on the jaw and put you to sleep.
Fight one more round remembering that the man who always fights one more round is never whipped.
Its me magnificent.
